(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam confirmed 2 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, bringing its total to 2,526.

One of the latest cases is from Hai Duong province and the other is a returnee, who was quarantined upon arrival at the Mekong Delta province of Tien Giang.
In the last 24 days, no new cases have been recorded in Ho Chi Minh City, Hoa Binh, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Binh Duong, Hung Yen, Bac Giang, Gia Lai, Bac Ninh, or Quang Ninh. Hanoi has reported no new cases in 21 days.
COVID-19 vaccination is now underway in Hai Duong province, Ho Chi Minh city, Hanoi, and Gia Lai province.
