Customers can buy airline tickets or book a hotel room or both on the website www.vietnamairlines.com.

Customers can book a room at hotels around the world. They can search for hotels based on location, customer ratings, services, or comments on the Tripadvisor website. Prices will be updated directly by the hotels.

Booking a hotel on their website is part of a service called VNA Holidays. Vietnam Airlines launched VNA Holidays in December, 2014, but until now only allowed customers to book a hotel when they also bought a flight ticket. Vietnam Airlines will soon offer additional services like car rentals and golf reservations.
