Vietnam and Australia promote human resource development cooperation
(VOVworld) - The Vietnamese and Australian governments have agreed on a new human resource development program worth 146 million Australian dollars that will run from 2016 to 2020. The program is expected to improve the professional skills and technical capacity of the Vietnamese people. As the key Vietnamese partner in this program, the Ministry of Education and Training will encourage alumnus contribution to the program through information sessions, where new skills and professionally relevant knowledge will be introduced. This is an expanded version of an existing scholarship, vocational training, and leadership enhancement program for women.
