Vietnam Association for Promoting Education opens National Congress
(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has asked the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education to help develop people’s skills, vocational training and the practical operation of community learning centers.

Addressing the association’s 6th National Congress on Wednesday, the Deputy Prime Minister hailed high rankings of Vietnam’s innovation indexes among countries of similar development level and the association’s contribution to national development.
Former Vice State President Nguyen Thi Doan was re-elected Chairwoman of the association in the next 5 years’ term.
