Foreigners poured investment capital into 14 industries, of which the processing and manufacturing industry ranked first with total investment capital of nearly 1.54 billion USD. The FDI attraction prospect in Vietnam in 2021 is bright as many large, medium and small investors from developed countries have gradually diverted their investment into Vietnam.
Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung said, “In the coming time, foreign investment capital will add new production capacity to the economy to contribute to economic growth. Secondly, investors have confidence in government institutions and policies. It’s now time we must select investment in high technology without polluting the environment.”
