Vietnam becomes China’s 6th largest trade partner
(VOVWORLD) - Chinese Customs General Department statistics released on Thursday show that two-way trade between Vietnam and China in 2020 reached a record high of 192.2 billion USD, up 18.7%.

Vietnam’s exports to China increased 22.4%. Dao Viet Anh, Trade Counselor of the Vietnamese Embassy in China said the figure is positive for Vietnam in bilateral trade. He attributed the results to the resolute engagement of the government leader, ministries, sectors and localities in tackling difficulties in bilateral trade. Anh said that bilateral trade between Vietnam and China will continue to grow beyond 2021.
