(VOVWORLD) -From 6pm on Sunday to 6am on Monday, Vietnam recorded 44 domestic COVID-19 cases, according to the Ministry of Health.
Bac Giang province has the largest number of cases, 24, Bac Ninh province has 6 cases, Ho Chi Minh City has 12 cases all related to the pandemic cluster at the Revival Ekklesia Mission and Ha Nam province 2 cases.
Vietnam currently has a total of 8,791 patients, 3,368 patients have recovered, 53 patients have died.
According to statistics site worldometers.info, the world has recorded more than 173.8 million cases of COVID-19. The US has more than 34 million cases, India more than 28.8 million cases and Brazil more than 16.9 million cases.
The number of deaths worldwide has reached more than 3.73 million, of which more than 612,000 are in the US, 472,000 in Brazil and 347,000 in India.
