(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese Health Ministry on Wednesday morning announced 5 new Covid-19 infection cases, bringing the total number of novel coronavirus cases in Vietnam to 212.

The latest 5 new cases are a staff of Truong Sinh company, which provides services for Bach Mai hospital – a hotspot for the coronavirus outbreak in Hanoi, 3 Vietnamese returning from Thailand, the US, and Russia, and a person who contracts the virus from another infected patient. All have been quarantined and in stable health condition.
To date, there have been 60 successfully cured patients in Vietnam.
