(VOVworld) – A conference on the trade and investment environment in Vietnam was held by the Vietnamese Embassy in Czech and the Czech Management Association (CMA) on Wednesday.

Vietnamese Commercial Attaché Tran Hiep Thuong said:“The conference aims to provide Czech businesses with information about the trade and investment environment in Vietnam. We’d like to introduce our preferential treatment in investment, and legal documents that have been signed by Vietnam and Czech to support safe investment and import-export between the two countries.”

At the conference, businesses were informed about the Vietnam-Czech Investment Encouragement and Protection Agreement, the Double Taxation Avoidance and Tax Evasion Prevention Treaty, the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement, and Vietnam’s Investment Law.
