Foreign Ministry spokesman Le Hai Binh told the press on Tuesday that the launch on February 7 was in defiance of international opposition and in violation of the UN Security Council’s related resolutions, inflating tension in the region. Vietnam holds its consistent view of supporting all efforts to maintain peace, stability and development on the Korean peninsula and the world, supporting conflicts resolution by dialogues while all UN Security Council’s resolutions must be respected in earnest.
