Vietnam in top 10 destinations chosen by Chinese visitors

Vietnam ranks 9th on this list, according to data published by ForwardKeys on Sunday and reservations made on travel websites cited by Bloomberg.
The Vietnam National Authority of Tourism reported that in May, the number of Chinese visitors reached 357,000, regaining No 1 ranking and surpassing the 351,000 South Korean visitors which has been in the top ranking for the past four years.
Earlier this month, the World Travel and Tourism Council forecast Chinese holidaymakers will splurge 1.8 trillion yuan (250 billion USD) on overseas trips this year, exceeding pre-pandemic levels for the first time.
