Vietnam, India discuss e-commerce cooperation
(VOVWORLD) -Business representatives and e-commerce experts from Vietnam and India attended a seminar on cross border e-commerce, which took place on Tuesday in Noida, India.

At the seminar, Do Quoc Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Market Development at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, said that the event marks a new step forward in economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and India amid strong digital transformation and global integration.
“In 2024, the size of Vietnam’s e-commerce market reached 25 billion USD. India is also a large e-commerce market. With a long-standing good relationship, the two countries have many conditions to develop cross-border e-commerce, focusing on items such as textiles, footwear, and pharmaceuticals,” Hung said.
At the seminar, experts pointed out the advantages and challenges in e-commerce cooperation between the two countries.
