Vietnam, Japan boost investment cooperation
(VOVworld) – A workshop on business opportunities in support industry in Vietnam was held on Friday in Osaka, Japan. The workshop attended by 120 Japanese businesses was aimed at sharing investment potential and opportunities between the two countries.

Vietnamese Consul General in Osaka Tran Duc Binh stressed on Vietnam’s advantages including natural conditions, human resources, market size and the government’s commitment to improving the investment climate. Mr. Binh said the broader regional and international links through the ASEAN Economic Community and the signed Transpacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) will open business prospects for Vietnam and Japan.
A representative from the Japanese agency in support of small and medium sized enterprises Mitsunori Kawahara praised Vietnam’s cooperative potential and said it’s the right time for Japanese small and medium sized enterprises to invest in Vietnam’s support industry.
