(VOVworld) – On Friday, the Vietnam-Japan International Jointstock company signed a cooperation agreement with Japan’s Kobe International Hospital to boost cooperation in healthcare.

Under the agreement, the company will help Vietnamese patients access advanced medical services provided by Japan’s hospitals including Kobe hospital which is known for liver transplant, liver cancer treatment and endoscopic surgery. The company will work with Japan’s leading doctors to build cooperative programs on healthcare and organize workshops and exhibitions on Japan’s modern healthcare system. The company will also support patients who are under treatment in Japan in terms of exit and entry and transportation. The two sides also pledged to cooperate to open a high-quality Japanese hospital in Vietnam in the future.
