At the meeting, Mr. Hai briefed his guest on VOV, its development and its contributions to media development in the region. Hai said VOV has exchanged programs with foreign radio and TV stations on a regular basis. He said: “We hope that the Kazakhstan Embassy will help us to sign a cooperative agreement with the Kazakhstan National Radio and TV Station. The two sides can promote cooperation and exchange radio and TV programs, particularly music programs and those featuring their landscapes, people and culture as well as exchange delegations.”

Mr. Smadiyarove said that the 15^th Asia-Europe Media Forum will be held in Kazakhstan in the near future. He hopes that VOV will participate in the event. He also promised to work closely with VOV to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
