Tran Thanh Man, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, told a conference between the 2 organizations in Quang Tri province on Friday: “We are determined to maintain the time-honored relations which are valuable assets for the future generations of Vietnam and Laos. The conference is evidence of practical cooperation between the two Fronts over the years, helping to build mutual trust, especially between authorities and people in the border areas”.

The two Fronts agreed to further communicate to young generations about the fine relations and solidarity between Vietnam and Laos, and encourage businesses to promote high-quality Vietnamese and Lao goods.
