(VOVworld)- The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development organized a meeting in Hanoi on Wednesday to mark Vietnam Law Day.

The meeting was aimed at raising awareness about law obedience and the responsibility of Ministry staff thus enhancing the efficiency of law building and enforcement. Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Ha Cong Tuan addressed the meeting: “Law building is difficult but law enforcement is even more difficult. So, it’s necessary to raise awareness and understanding about the law. We require our staff to understand the basic rights and obligations of citizens and state servants and all legal regulations regarding their fields of work”.

On the same day, Deputy Minister Tuan launched a contest on the Vietnamese Constitution in the agricultural sector.
