Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc made the statement at a reception in Hanoi on Wednesday for Cheo Hock Kuan, the visiting Temasek International’s Head of Strategic and Public Affairs.

Mr. Phuc suggested in the future Temasek continues to seek investment opportunities in mineral processing, food technology, tourism in Vietnam.

Madam Cheo praised Vietnam’s concern and facilitation for Temasek and other foreign businesses investing in Vietnam, helping them effectively operate, bringing benefits for the two peoples, and contributing to promote bilateral relations.

She said that Temasek wishes to forge investment in Vietnam and cooperation in finance, hi-tech, consumer goods, and healthcare.
