Vietnam prepares to resume flights to China and Japan
(VOVWORLD) - The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has reported the Ministry of Transport on its proposal to resume international commercial flights under the Prime Minister’s direction. It’s expected that the reopening of international air route for regular flights could begin as early as August.

According to the Authority, several foreign airliners, including Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines have resumed their regular flights to Vietnam since June on a regular format. Vietnam Airlines has maintained its regular schedules between Vietnam and South Korea.
Other foreign airliners including Emirates Airlines, Qatar Airways, China Airlines and Eva Airways resumed regular flights to and from Vietnam.
