Nguyen Thanh Cong, a deputy from Ninh Binh province, said the State should offer incentives to attract more resources for economic development: “The Politburo has recently issued a resolution on accelerating Vietnam’s participation in the 4^th Industrial Revolution. But Vietnam still faces numerous difficulties due to limited development . The State should offer incentives to mobilize more resources to take advantage of technological advances able boost Vietnam’s growth and help it narrow the gap with other countries. I hope that the Government and relevant ministries and sectors will soon  boost  technological application in national development.”

Minister of Science and Technology Chu Ngoc Anh said: "The science and technology sector will take resolute measures to contribute to national development. In December, a conference on the national policy shift will be held, aiming to encourage enterprises to strengthen technological application, transfer, and renovation.”
