Vietnam ranks 4th at International Mathematical Olympiad
(VOVWORLD) -All six Vietnamese students competing in the International Mathematical Olympiad 2022 (IMO 2022) held in Norway have won medals, including 2 golds, 2 silvers, and 2 bronzes, the Ministry of Education and Training said on Friday.

Team Vietnam ranked 4th out of 104 participating countries and territories, after China, South Korea and the US. The team's performance this year is better than last year’s online contest, where Vietnamese students won 1 gold, 2 silvers and 3 bronzes.
The gold medals belong to 12th grader Ngo Quy Dang, who got a perfect score of 42 and 11th grader Pham Viet Hung, both from the Hanoi University of Science High School for the Gifted under the Hanoi National University.
