Vietnam records 9,625 new COVID-19 cases, 2,000 recoveries
(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Health said that from 4 p.m. on Thursday to 4 p.m. on Friday, 9,625 new infections were recorded in Vietnam. 8 cases were imported and 9,617 cases were recorded domestically in 57 provinces and cities, down 592 cases compared to the previous day.

Since the onset of the pandemic, Vietnam’s caseload has reached 1,075,094 infections, ranking 37 out of 223 countries and territories, while with the ratio of infections per 1 million people, Vietnam ranked 150 out of 223 countries and territories (an average of 10,909 infections for every 1 million people).
In the past 24 hours, nearly 2,000 cases recovered, 102 others died.
