Vietnam reports 3 new imported cases of COVID-19
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam reported 3 more imported cases of COVID-19 on Friday afternoon, taking the overall number of coronavirus cases imported into the nation to 1,017, said the Ministry of Health.

Vietnam has recorded a total of 2,620 positive COVID-19 patients so far, including 1,603 local infections.
The same day, a further 24 coronavirus patients were declared to be clear of the virus, raising the total recoveries in the country to 2,383.
Vietnam has given COVID-19 vaccine shots to more than 51,000 people, most of them healthcare workers or members of pandemic prevention steering committees.
