(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam recorded 569 new COVID-19 infections on Saturday noon including 544 cases in HCMC and 1 imported case.
Other infections were reported in Phu Yen, Hung Yen, Bac Lieu, and Bac Ninh. So far, Vietnam has reported 16,583 locally-transmitted COVID-19 cases and 1,837 imported cases. 7,395 patients have fully recovered and 84 died.
Across the country of 96 million, more than 3.84 million have been vaccinated against the coronavirus, with 214,405 having two doses.
