(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese men’s football team has maintained their 95th position in FIFA’s latest rankings and number 1 place in Southeast Asia.

World Cup champions, Argentina still topped the rankings, followed by France, Brazil, England, Belgium, Croatia, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.
The four-time world champion team Germany has dropped out of the top 10. Germany is now ranked 15th in the world.
In Asia, the top 5 countries remain Japan (20th in the world), Iran (22nd), Australia (27th), South Korea (28th), and Saudi Arabia (54th).
The next ranking updates are expected to be announced by FIFA on September 21.
