(VOVworld)- The 3rd Vietnam Seafood Festival will officially take place in Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen province from March 28 to April 2, 2014. The festival will feature 18 events including an exhibition on Vietnam’s sovereignty over sea and islands, a Seafood Trade Fair, and seminars on promoting sustainable development and management of the fishery sector. Tran Quang Nhat, Vice Chair of Phu Yen Province’s People’s Committee, says preparations for the festival have completed:“The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and other relevant sectors have almost completed their preparations. We have also completed the scenario for the event and managed to mobilize 80% of the target donation. Nearly 100 media houses inside and outside the countries have registered to cover the event”.
