Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General To Lam made the remark at a reception for South Korean Ambassador to Vietnam Lee Hyuk. He highlighted the importance of the Vietnam-South Korea partnership and close cooperation between Vietnamese and Korean ministries and agencies. Minister Lam said he hoped Ambassador Lee Hyuk, in his new post, will contribute to raising bilateral ties to a new height. The Minister promised to create the best conditions for the ambassador fulfill his tasks during his tenure in Vietnam.
