(VOVworld)- Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh on Sunday sent a letter of condolences to his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj following a fireworks explosion in a temple in Kerala in southern India that killed and injured hundreds of people.
