(VOVworld) – The prime minister has approved a plan to develop a  national database of human resources to help forecast demand for human resources at national and provincial levels. The database will be divided by sector and expertise, and help the Government, ministries, State agencies, and enterprises draft plans and policies on human resource training and investment. The project will set up a nationwide network to assemble and maintain the database.
