Nguyen Phuong Hoa, Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism, said Vietnam will be one of the countries prioritized for China’s resumption of direct air routes.
Passengers entering China will not be required to show a negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR test result. Visitors need only provide a quick test result or a 2% probability test, Hoa said.
China hopes to continue working closely with Vietnam to protect the legitimate rights of tourists, Hoa said, adding she hopes the two sides will continue to collaborate closely to boost tourism cooperation in a healthy, practical manner.
