Meeting British Secretary of State for International Trade Anne Marie Trevelyan in London on Wednesday, Chairman Hue said Vietnam is ready to create all favorable conditions for British investors to operate in Vietnam. The two sides jointly create favorable conditions to promote cooperation between their businesses, he said.
Trevelyan said that the potential for cooperation between Vietnam and the UK, especially trade cooperation is huge, expecting that British businesses will contribute to the socio-economic development of Vietnam. Currently, the UK is conducting negotiations to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the results so far have shown very positive, she said.
