(VOVWORLD) - The national women’s football team received more bonuses after making history by winning a ticket to the FIFA Women’s World Cup for the first time.

During a celebration in Hanoi on Friday, they were awarded additional 333,000 USD from the Hanoi People’s Committee, the Vietnam Football Federation, Acecook Vietnam and Vinamilk.
The team is also awarded a holiday trip by Bamboo Airways while Honda Vietnam presented vehicles to head coach Mai Duc Chung and the players.
