Vietnamese Australian Scholars and Experts Association debuts
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnamese Australian Scholars and Experts (VASEA) Association made its debut on Thursday at a ceremony in Melbourne, Australia, part of activities to celebrate 50 years of Vietnam-Australia diplomatic relations.

The Association merges all Vietnamese intellectual groups in Australia set up since 2018, where Australia and Vietnam upgraded their ties to a Strategic Partnership.
Ms. Ha Nguyen, deputy head of the Association, said, “The Association gathers many Vietnamese studying and working in Australia. Members can share their expertise in science and technology to contribute to the well-being of both Australia and Vietnam.”
There are currently 300,000 Vietnamese people living and working in Australia.
