Speaking at the handover ceremony, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the Committee Pham Quang Hieu thanked the donors for their meaningful activities in support of Vietnam and Vietnamese expatriates.
“Besides State responsibility to support, we encourage the overseas Vietnamese community to offer mutual support. This reflects the good deeds to help each other and the homeland,” Hieu said.
