(VOVworld)- Vietnamese students in Tomsk city, Russia has held a meeting called “Vietnamese Youth in Tomsk look toward national sea and islands”. The students discussed regulations stipulated in the 1982 UN Convention on the Law of the Sea. Phung The Duong is Deputy Head of the Vietnamese Students Committee in Tomsk city: “We are now studying in Russia and we are all determined to try our best in study to return home to serve national development and defense. Through this meeting, we hope that international students will learn more about Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos”.
