Honored innovators in 2013
(VOVworld) - The Vietnamese Talents Awards ceremony took place in Hanoi on Thursday to honor talents in the fields of IT, science, healthcare and the environment.
In his address, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thien Nhan said that in the past decade the event has become recognized for nurturing dreams and realizing initiatives.
This year for the first time the panel of judges presented an award in recognition of works that benefit people’s welfare. In 2014, Vu Dinh Phuc of Lam Dong received an award for a project to protect the environment by grinding agricultural wastes into micro-organic fertilizer.
