(VOVworld) - A Vietnamese-Japanese cultural exchange opened in Dak Lak province on Friday as part of activities to mark the 42^nd anniversary of Vietnamese-Japanese diplomatic ties on September 21^st. Vo Tan Tai, deputy chairman of Dak Lak province’s Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association, said: "The exchange is of great significance in promoting solidarity and friendship between the people of Dak Lak and Japan’s localities.
