Vietnam’s exports to Mexico rise sharply

(VOVworld)- Vietnam’s exports to Mexico reached US$97 million in January, a year-on-year rise of 41 percent. The Commercial Office of the Vietnamese Embassy in Mexico reported that Vietnam exports to Mexico mainly seafood, footwear, garments, printers, wood products, and sports equipment. Its imports from the second largest Latin American economy decreased by 22 percent to US$4 million. Last year, two-way trade between Vietnam and Mexico totaled more than 1 trillion USD, the highest level ever.
