Minister Quang urged law enforcement agencies worldwide to enhance cooperation, share information, and coordinate efforts to prevent criminal activities, including cutting off funding sources and disrupting online networks that deceive and lure people into illegal migration.

He called on experienced countries to support, train, and share expertise in developing and implementing programs to combat human trafficking. Additionally, he highlighted the need to provide modern equipment and specialized tools to other nations to help bridge the gap in cybercrime prevention capabilities.
