Vietnam’s Party and State cares for ethnic minority people

Ms. Phong said the meeting was especially meaningful at this time, when many activities nationwide mark the 123rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh. She said the Party and State have always cared for and created the best possible conditions for ethnic minority people. Phong expressed her wish that the representatives will use their prestige to encourage people to unite for socio-economic development and national security.
