Vietnam's top 10 cultural, sport, tourism events of 2018 announced
(VOVWORLD) -The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism on Saturday announced top 10 cultural, sport, and tourism events of 2018.

The 5 cultural events include the Da Nang International Firework Festival 2018, the Non Nuoc Cao Bang winning UNESCO recognition as Global Goepark, the unique contemporary art space in the National Assembly House, the first awarding of “People’s Artisan” title in intangible cultural heritage, and Miss Vietnam shining in world beauty pageant.

The 3 sport events include Asian Games 18, the most successful tournament for Vietnam, the National Men Football Team winning the AFF Suzuki Cup after 10 years, and for the first time Vietnam ranking second at the U23 Asian Football Championship.
The 2 tourism events include Vietnam welcoming 15 million international tourists in 2018 and Vietnam for the first time being honored as Asia’s Leading Destination 2018 by the World Travel Award (WTA).
