Head of the committee for ethnic minority affairs of Dak Lak province Y Ring Adrong said investments in socio-economic development in ethnic and disadvantaged areas have yielded positive results, helping to improve the material and spiritual lives of local people. Chairman of Soc Trang province’s People’s Committee Nguyen Trung Hieu said Program 135 was evidence of the Party and State’s concern for remote and ethnic areas, which has contributed to reducing poverty and consolidating national unity.
