Hostilities continue very close to the European hospital in Khan Younis, said Casey, adding that 600 patients had to be relocated.
The Health Authority in Gaza announced Tuesday that 23,210 Palestinians have been killed and 59,167 injured by Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7, when Hamas launched a surprise attack on nearby Israeli settlements.
