(VOVworld) – Winners of the 6th writing contest on simple and noble examples were awarded at a ceremony in Ho Chi Minh city on Tuesday.

The article on two veterans who demolished their houses and donated their land to contribute to building new-style rural areas by Nguyen Thi Huong from the People’s Army newspaper won first prize. There were also two second prizes and 3 third ones.  Over the past 6 years, the contest has introduced thousands of examples of good deeds in various fields nationwide.
