Workshop speakers said that despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Vietnam still has opportunities to access new investment capital. They said more countries are turning their interest to Vietnamese businesses.
Tran Hai Linh, Chairman of the Vietnam-Korea Businessmen and Investment Association said that through the VCIC Connect program, Vietnamese businesses will be connected to a global value chain serving high-potential markets like Australia and the Republic of Korea.
“The Republic of Korea has no mineral resources. It has prospered for decades thanks to science and technology and its intelligence. Vietnam-RoK cooperation in science and technology is crucial now,” Linh said.
