The measures include strengthening policies to facilitate agricultural enterprises’ access capital and developing a distribution system capable of connecting value chains and agricultural markets.
The participants stressed the need to strengthen logistics infrastructure connections to promote regional links and ensure effective use of regional resources. It is essential to promulgate policies to attract domestic and foreign experts in agriculture and promote digital transformation among agricultural businesses.
Vietnam plays an important role in the global agricultural value chain and is among the world’s 15 biggest exporters of agricultural products. Vietnam has expanded markets for its agricultural products, including the US, China, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.
The event was co-organized by the Institute for Brand and Competitiveness Strategy, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Party Central Committee's Economic Commission.
