(VOVworld) – A workshop on gender equality and sustainable employment  has been held in Vinh Phuc province.

This is part of the project on integrating gender equality in laws and policies on sustainable employment in Vietnam, supported by the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development in the period between 2012-2015. The project aims to promote gender equality in constructing and implementing laws and policies on employment and social welfare, helping realize the socio-economic development strategies and plans toward 2020. The participants discussed gender equality in employment, the involvement of the mass media in this issue, and the role of the society in communication on sustainable employment and gender equality.
