It also provided updated external relations information to leaders and cadres working in this field from 8 Northern provinces. The event was held by Bac Giang province’s People’s Committee, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the German Hanns Seidel Foundation. The workshop updated the participants with the latest information on external relations as well as the domestic and world situation. It was also an opportunity for leaders and the cadres to raise their practical and theoretical knowledge about international integration and exchange experiences to boost the socio-economic development of the provinces in the near future.
