In his address, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission Vuong Dinh Hue highlighted tourism potential of the north and south-central region. Hue stressed the need to be well aware of local tourism potential and local infrastructure conditions and to learn experiences in tourism development from other countries. Hue said it’s necessary to strengthen inter-regional connectivity and take the best advantage of local tourism potential to develop tourism as a spearhead economic sector in the central region. Participants discussed ways to increase tourism cooperation in the next five years.
