(VOVworld) - The Party Committee of Central Agencies Sector on Friday held a workshop to promote the Party’s leadership and capacity. The participants discussed the pros and cons of the move and suggested measures to improve the Party’s abilities. Tran Hong Ha, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Agencies Sector pointed out the reasons behinds weaknesses in the party organizations: “Under the Secretariat’s regulations on the functions and tasks of party organizations in central agencies, executive boards are not involved in the direct leadership of professional or organizational work. As a result, the role of the executive boards is underestimated. Some party members do not pay enough attention to party work and executive board members are part time".

Ha said the restructuring of party organizations in central agencies is the right action to take to enhance the Party’s performance.
